General rules of the contests presented by Benu Blanc

Article 1 - Organizing company

It is the company Benu Blanc - S.A.S whose head office is located 1 chemin du Tracollet 38113 Veurey-Voroize with a capital of 15 250 € euros, registered at the RCS of Grenobe 848 365 912.

Article 2 : Participants

Each contest organized by Benu Blanc is open to any natural person of age, residing in France, Corsica, Monaco, Luxembourg and in the European Union, except for persons who have participated directly or indirectly in its organization and their family members.

Only one prize will be awarded per person (same name and/or same address) and per game.

The organizing company reserves the right to verify that the winners meet the above conditions and may require, in particular, the presentation of an identity document to verify that the participant meets the majority criteria.

Article 3 - Distribution, awarding of prizes, access to the games and principle of the games by "Drawing of lots

Article 3.1 - Publication of the game

The Game is announced either:

-on social networks (Facebook, Instagram)
The end dates of the game are specified for each game.

Article 3.2 - Awarding of prizes

For the prizes indicated in Article 4 of these rules, the draw will take place at the end of the Game, The number of winners is specified for each of the Games. The winners will be informed by sending a private message and/or an e-mail to the address they provided when they registered.

Article 3.3 - Access to the game and principle of the game:

Access to and participation in the Game will be precisely defined at the beginning of each Game and will remain visible throughout the duration of the Game. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from among all the participants at the end of the Game.

Article 4 - Prizes to be won in the Raffle at the end of the game:

The prizes to be won are specified in the presentation of each Game. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any object of any kind.

The winner will not be able to benefit from his prize in the following cases:
- If the winner's details are incorrect
- If the winner refuses his prize

- And, in any case, if, 15 (fifteen) days after the first attempt by the organizing company to contact the winner by email, the prize could not be given to the winner, whatever the reason.

The organizing company can in no case and for any reason whatsoever be held responsible for the delivery of the prizes by the Post Office or by the carrier. In the event that the prize is lost, no new prize will be awarded. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for players who have made a mistake in entering their details.

Article 5 - Participation fees and reimbursement

For each of the Games, only one reimbursement request per person (same name and same surname), and only one reimbursement request per household (same address) will be taken into account. A maximum of one participation (same name and/or same address) for the entire duration of the contest will be reimbursed as follows: Participants will be reimbursed for the costs incurred by their participation in the Contest as well as for the postage or photocopying costs, related to the requests for reimbursement, subject to the conditions cited in these rules. At the written request of each participant, all expenses incurred for participation in the Game Session(s) will be reimbursed on the basis of the amount indicated on the bill or detailed consumption statement, including any additional costs charged. However, given the current state of electronic communications services, some operators offer flat-rate, unlimited subscriptions to said services, participants are informed that any access to the Game through this type of subscription (such as unlimited Internet) will not be eligible for any reimbursement, on the grounds that the subscription to said services is taken out by the participant for his or her own general use and that participation in the Game does not entail any additional costs. Any request for reimbursement must be made, no later than 1 month after the end of the Contest, in writing to the address of the Organizing Company. The participant must - Clearly and imperatively indicate The name of the Game, the month concerned, his or her surname, first name, full address, the date of participation. - And attach a copy of the participant's identity card and a copy of the detailed invoice from the telecommunication operator. Requests for reimbursement will not be taken into account:

- Mailed more than one month after the date of participation in the Contest (the postmark being proof);
- Sent to an address other than the one mentioned above;
- Not corresponding to any entry of contact information on the computer files;
- Made by a person other than the participant;
- Incomplete or erroneous.

Article 6 - Liability

The organizing company may at any time and without notice shorten, extend, modify, suspend or cancel the games, particularly in the event of force majeure. Its liability shall not be engaged by this fact. In this case, any modification of the operation will be indicated on the website of the organizing company or on a dedicated post that will be widely distributed on social networks (Facebook, Instagram). The organizing company can in no way be held responsible for any problem related to the Internet installation of the player. Similarly, the organizing company disclaims any responsibility in case of technical malfunction, including due to external acts of malice, in case of force majeure, or event beyond its control, preventing the smooth running of operations.

Moreover, the organizing company reserves the right to exclude, temporarily or permanently, any participant who, by his or her behavior, would interfere with the proper conduct of the operations. Any participant who would have tried to falsify the good course of the operations, either by human intervention or by intervention of an automaton, will be immediately disqualified and his account deleted. And a complaint may be filed by the organizing company for attempted fraud.

Article 7 - Complaints

Complaints relating to the Game may be sent to the Game address indicated in Article 1 of these rules or by e-mail to contact@benublanc.com, no later than 1 month after the end of the Game in question, as evidenced by the postmark. After this period, claims or requests will no longer be processed. The prizes cannot be claimed after a period of one month following the closing of the game concerned.

Article 8

Participation in this game implies full acceptance of these rules and its application by the organizing company and the decision will be final. By accepting the prize he/she has won, the participant authorizes the organizing company to use and reproduce his/her name and, if applicable, his/her image, in any promotional medium related to the present operation (or to any other operation organized by the organizing company) without this use being able to give rise to any rights other than the prize won. If a winner objects to the use of his/her name and/or image, he/she must inform the organizing company in writing at the address of the operation mentioned in Article 1, it being specified that the awarding of the prize to the participant is not conditional upon his/her acceptance to have his/her contact information and/or promotional materials of the organizing company appear.

Article 9

The information relating to the participants collected on the computer systems directly by the organizing company or via its technical service providers is necessary to allow the taking into account of their participation, the determination of the winner(s), the attribution or the routing of the prize(s), without which the participation of the participant could not be taken into account. This information is intended for the organizing company and may be transmitted to a service provider ensuring the sending or delivery of prizes. In accordance with the law n°78-17 Informatique, Fichiers et Libertés of January 6, 1978 modified by the law of August 6, 2004, participants have the right to oppose (art.38), access (art.39), rectify and delete (art.40) personal data concerning them. To exercise these rights, participants must send a letter to the organizing company at the address mentioned in Article 1, or by e-mail to contact@benublanc.com specifying the name of the game.
